全球变暖背景下融雪型洪水灾害时空特征正发生重大变化。首先概述国内外融雪型洪水遥感监测与预警研究进展,探讨了融雪型洪水监测预警研究及应用面临的挑战。其次,总结了现有融雪型洪水监测模型预测效果及其存在不足,以及研究应用中存在的机遇。再次,分析了融雪型洪水监测业务应用现状及其在新疆和中亚地区应用存在的问题。最后,为进一步开展新疆和中亚地区融雪型洪水监测预警服务,提出加强重点区域科学布站组网、加强高分系列卫星应用和构建多尺度、多维、实时更新的中亚生态环境数据库等建议。

Abstract:

Under the background of global warming, the temporal and spatial characteristics of snowmelt flood disaster are changing greatly. This paper summarized the progress and development in snowmelt flood monitoring and early warning using remote sensing technology, and analyzed the challenges the scholars are facing in the application to practice. Secondly, the prediction effect of the existing snowmelt flood monitoring models and their issues need to be solved were summarized, as well as the opportunities and challenges in the future research and applications. Thirdly, the open issues of snowmelt flood monitoring models existing in the application to Xinjiang and Central Asia regions were analyzed. Finally, the research focuses and business development countermeasures were put forward so as to further improve snowmelt flood monitoring and warning service in Xinjiang and Central Asia.
