摘要:西北区域人工影响天气能力建设项目预期利用已有和本项目即将建设的装备设施,通过科学设计的专项研究,开展针对西北区域地形云的人工增雨(雪)试验研究。在工程项目建设中设立研究试验内容,旨在通过项目建设中同步实施试验研究,充分体现科技支撑能力在工程项目中的重要作用。总结了西北区域人工影响天气能力建设项目中研究试验的设计和实施过程,依据建设经验,提出提高工程项目效益的建议,为相关工程项目建设提供参考。

Weather Modification Ability Construction Project of Northwest China, research and experiment, scientific design, operation mechanism
Special design and innovative operation mechanism were adopted in Weather Modification Ability Construction Project of Northwest China. The existing and new instruments from this project will be expected to effectively use. The scientific designed experiments and the special research based on it were carried out. The mainly aim of these programs is to enhance precipitation of orographic cloud in Northwest China. The purposes of these research programs could reflect the effect of science and technology capacity on the whole building project. In this paper, the process of design and implementation of research and experiment program in Weather Modification Ability Construction Project of Northwest China was summarized. Based on the construction experience, the suggestions to improve the efficiency of the project was suggested and these experiences provide reference for the later construction of related projects.
