简要阐述了开展陕西渭北果业区防雹技术研究试验的重要意义，讨论了渭北果业区冰雹研究在气候、雷达回波、雹云探空、冰雹微物理、数值模拟和防雹效果等方面的进展，并对研究试验中存在的问题进行了讨论。这些研究加深了渭北冰雹形成过程的认识，对研究高效冰雹防御方法和提高冰雹防御效果有重要意义。

Abstract：
This paper briefly describes the significance of research and experiment on hail suppression in Weibei fruit production area of Shaanxi Province. The advances of hail research in Weibei fruit production area in climate, radar echo, sounding of hail cloud, hail microphysics, numerical simulation, hail suppression effect and problems existing in the research are discussed. These results can deepen the understanding of hail formation process in Weibei, and are of great significance to study efficient hail suppression methods and improve hail defense effect.
