Abstract：
The construction and operational application of China New Generation Weather Radar (CINRAD) as well as improvement in radar performance play an important role in disastrous weather monitoring. This paper introduces the employed technologies in order to enhance real time radar observation quality and the role in operational development with the perspective of radar technical performance improvement.
