太阳能资源评估是太阳能资源开发利用的基础性工作,自20世纪50年代以来,我国在这方面已经开展了大量的研究。对近60余年我国在太阳能资源评估方法研究方面的工作进行回顾和总结,从统计反演法和物理反演法两个方面较详细地评述了每种方法中所涉及的计算参数和各自的优缺点,并对当前太阳能资源评估工作中的难点和重点进行了分析和讨论,认为关于云和气溶胶对太阳辐射影响的确定是两大难点,而构建一个综合利用各种数据资源、集成的太阳能资源评估方法和数据库则是研究工作的重点。

Abstract:

Study of the method of solar energy resource assessment is a basic work for the development and utilizing of solar energy. A lot of researches about this work have been carried out since 1950s. In this paper, we summarize previous works and partitionthem into 2 kinds, which are statistical method and physical method. Parameters in every method are introduced and the strongpoint and shortcoming about every method are commented. Difficulties and emphases in current solar energy resource assessment are analyzed and discussed. It is considered that the calculations of the influences of cloud and aerosol on surface radiation are two difficulties. Development should be focused on integrative method including all kinds of data in the future.
