Abstract：
Many internet company pay attention on HTML5, which is gradually shown the obvious advantage on multiterminal.As a branch of information resources, the meteorological service information plays an important role in the decision-making services, the public services, professional services and technical services. Using HTML5 to publishing and displaying meteorological service information is the trend for multi-terminal. This article introduces the urgent demand that the meteorological service information displays on multi-terminal, describes two key technologies and advantages of HTML5 displaying on multi-terminal. At last, It explains how to implement of displaying the meteorological information services in HTML5 on the multi-terminal based on the three application areas, and provides inspiration and guidance to the relevant website development.
