Abstract：
This article introduces the scientific background, research ideas and plans of “The impact of black carbon (BC) on climate and air quality over East Asia from agricultural and anthropogenic sources (AAS), and the assessment of its health effects”, the 2016 Key Program of Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, which belongs to the Specific Project of “Global change and response”.
